Who Can Use Pockit.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform. By using Pockit, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
Our Services
Pockit is a digital marketplace that connects:
- Shoppers with curated, local fashion stores and brands.
- Shops/Brands with shoppers looking for sustainable, local alternatives.
We do not sell products directly. All purchases, returns, and support are handled by the individual stores or brands.
User Responsibilities
Whether you’re a shopper or a shop:
- You agree to use Pockit only for lawful purposes.
- You will not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- If you submit content (e.g., messages, listings), it must not violate any laws or rights of others.
Shop/Brand Listing
Shops and brands are responsible for:
- Accuracy of their product listings
- Pricing, shipping, and return policies
- Complying with consumer rights and local regulations
Pockit is not liable for any disputes between users and shops.
Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy. We don’t collect personal data unless you contact us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content on Pockit (excluding user-submitted content) is the property of Qturn ApS or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pockit is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things running smoothly but cannot guarantee the platform will always be error-free or available.
To the extent permitted by law, Qturn ApS is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Issues between shoppers and shops
Loss of data, income, or reputation from using the platform
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pockit at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the service in a harmful way.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
